Today was a day full of meaning and emotion for us. Arthur took another important step in his school journey: the start of second grade. He left home with his special badge, ready to face the new learning, friendships, and challenges that this phase will bring. Seeing his growth fills our hearts with pride and hope, because each achievement is a seed for the future being planted.
Meanwhile, Victoria was also the star of the day, with her uniquely joyful and spontaneous nature. Even though she was still at daycare, she didn’t want to be left out of her brother’s celebration. She picked up her badge, flashed that charming smile, and posed for photos with all the energy and sparkle that only she can convey. It was a beautiful scene, because it shows how much she enjoys participating, being together, and transforming any moment into fun.
In the end, what could have been just “another day back to school” became a special memory for our family: a record of growth, of companionship between siblings, and of the joy of experiencing each stage side by side.
